Spring Break Journal Entry

Hey, it's nearing the end of my long-awaited Spring Break and my only consolation is giving some well-deserved recognition to the artists who best embodied my Spring Break theme of freedom/escape/relaxation/life in the following pieces:

It's all good. I'm desperately trying to savor my summer. But I got a job at Books-A-Million I'm muddling through. Other than that it's all swimming, movies, and sleeping in (which is always glorious). ;)

I feel like I've been out of school for ages...but I'm not really complaining about that.

oh my god, I've been watching movies like crazyyyyyyy! I watch like two a day lol. Thank god for Netflix, if I was buying all of these I'd probably be broke by now. I've been watching the weirdest, trippiest movies I can find. The top 2 so far are What Is It? and Alice. Both are pretty messed up in their own way...and are two of my favorite movies now.

I haven't been out by my pool too much, but I'm taking a very long trip to the beach the beginning of July, once my Summer I class is over. :D I've got like a week to get into my bikini body! :P

So what's work at BAM consist of? I applied to work at the one in Aiken when it opened, but they were not interested in my skillz. Probably because I was like three feet taller than the guy who interviewed me...I feel like I may have intimidated him. :( ah well.
